About YAPG
The YAPG is the largest ballet competition and scholarship program globally, offering students a chance to perform in front of esteemed judges from renowned ballet companies and academies worldwide. Since its inception in 1999, YAPG has grown into a prominent international event that provides invaluable opportunities for young dancers. The competition is open to ballet students aged 9 to 19, with the primary objective of nurturing promising talents and guiding them toward professional careers in dance.
One of the remarkable aspects of YAPG is its commitment to offering scholarships to top ballet academies around the world. These scholarships can open doors to institutions that have trained many of the greatest dancers in the world. This year, the 2024 edition of YAPG saw the participation of 150 students in the 12-14 age group, showcasing the future stars of ballet.
